My Office 2010 Beta installation has been sitting on this screen for about 30 minutes. I have no idea how long it is going to take. Should I wait another 5 minutes, or come back in a few hours (a la Windows XP “Installing Start Menu Items”)?
How is it that Microsoft can fail so hard?
Update: After 4 hours, I got fed up and went to “End Task” (the close button wouldn’t work).
